I started Bald Wine Choices to help other wine enthusiasts with their unique and specific wine and cellar needs, from cellar curation to sourcing those last few bottles of a favourite vintage. 

Our primary mission at Bald Wine Choices is to enhance your enjoyment of the world of wine.

Bald Wine Choices is all about assisting you in finding and securing the right bottles to perfect your wine collection. We can help you to source those missing gems to build out your cellar. And our pricing approach is designed to ensure that you won’t blow your budget on finding these treasures.

I have been in the wine game since meeting the minimum legal age and (21 years later), I am more passionate than ever about this industry. Along the way I have worked in all manner of roles at a number of venues across the UK & Sydney, with the one constant being wine.

I’m currently the Head Sommelier at Chophouse in Sydney, where I manage multiple wine programs and am responsible for steering the restaurant’s award-winning wine program. In 2023 we were awarded 3 glasses for the third consecutive year in the Australian Wine List of the Year awards. In 2022, I was humbled to be awarded the coveted Solotel Beverage Guru of the Year Award.

I've also been privileged to consult with esteemed venues like Harbord Hotel Freshwater, East Village Hotel Balmain and Pasture in Kirribilli amongst others.
